Erica was voted “most likely to succeed” in high school. Since then she’s been valedictorian, went to Duke, started dental school at UCONN, and in her spare time became a ridiculously popular blogger.
.
And now she’s engaged!
Congratulations Cromwell High. You called this one.
Oh and congratulations to Erica and Ryan too.
I’m so excited for you both!

Vodka Gimlet
I’m pretty sure alcohol of any kind is more or less poison to your body, but this one has fresh squeezed organic limes from Whole Foods so it’s totally fine. Don’t worry about it.
.
Vodka gimlets are 1 part lime juice and 1 part vodka over ice. Use inexpensive vodka, because drinking expensive liquor in your early 20′s makes you a terrible person. Get off my blog.

FYI, I know it doesn’t belong in a champagne glass. And let me save Annie Thigs the trouble and let everyonneeee know that she discovered vodka gimlets. Thank you and you’re welcome.

.This is my favorite picture of Erica and me when we were little. And not just because I’m clearly about to crush her in a sparring match. I like it because it was taken almost twenty years ago when we first became friends. We’re different now, in the sense that we’re not small ninjas anymore and a handful of other ways, but we’ve been defining characters in each other’s lives. And I’m incredibly grateful to still be a part of hers twenty years later
I wish you all the happiness in the world.
And I also wish that you would consider letting the wedding party enter the ballroom via jumping flying side kicks with eye of the tiger playing in the background.
